One Piece Figures

One Piece figures are one of our favourite franchises to collect and one of the most popular anime figures franchises. So here is a little background around the series created by Eiichiro Oda, which makes collecting these one-piece figures so much fun. First entitled Romance Dawn, One Piece started as two one-shot stories —these would later be the working title for One Piece’s first chapter and volume. We are here introduced to Luffy in the two one-shots, the main character of the main series, and many other elements that would later appear in the main series. In August 1996, the first of these short stories were published first in a special issue of Shōnen Jump and following in One Piece Red. The second story was then published in 1996 in the 41st issue of Shōnen Jump and reprinted in Oda’s short story collection, Wanted, in 1998.

Creator Oda had planned for One Piece to originally last five years, and he had already planned out the ending; he had not planned to enjoy writing the story so much and not to end it, and it now has no idea when that point will come. The series will end the way he planned, just not in the original timeframe.

When creating the names for many of the special attacks and other concepts in the manga, many of the phrases written in kanji are paired with an idiosyncratic reading consist of a form of punning. The names of characters Luffy, Chopper, Sanji, Franky, and Robin’s techniques are usually mixed with other languages, including some designed as jokes, including the names of several of Zoro’s sword techniques. Take a fearsome name when read by sight but sound like a type of food when read aloud. Not wanting to cut down the laughs by about half, the animation director, Eisaku Inoue, enthuses those kanji readings were not used in the anime. Nevertheless, the series director, Konosuke Uda, said that he believes that the creators “made the anime series pretty close to the manga.

Revolving around the story of Gol D. Roger, who was known as the “Pirate King,” considered the strongest and most infamous person to have sailed the Grand Line. Following Roger’s capture and execution by the World Government, this changed throughout the world. His parting words before his death revealed the existence of One Piece, the greatest treasure in the world. This catalyst and revelation brought about a time dubbed the Grand Age of Pirates, men who dreamed of finding One Piece—those who would find an unlimited amount of riches and fame, including the title of the Pirate King, the pinnacle of glory.
